1. Overview & Acceptance

By accessing our website and placing an order with MEGHRO (“we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to be bound by the following terms, conditions, and store policies. These terms apply to all shoppers, guest checkouts, and visitors across Bangladesh.

2. Products & Pricing Integrity

All prices displayed on MEGHRO are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). We take great care to ensure accurate representations of garment fabrics, colors, and cuts. Because screens and monitor calibrations vary, slight color tone nuances may occur.

All checkout orders go through our secure server-side price verification system to guarantee that displayed prices and active discounts are authentic and mathematically validated at the moment of order placement.

3. Order Confirmation & bKash Advance

To minimize fictitious or uncollected deliveries, orders are confirmed upon receipt of the nominal delivery fee (BDT 60 within Dhaka or BDT 120 outside Dhaka) sent via bKash. The remaining balance for your clothing items is payable in Cash on Delivery (COD) upon physical receipt of the parcel.

If the delivery advance is not submitted within 24 hours of order placement, MEGHRO reserves the right to release the reserved inventory back into public stock.

4. Shipping & Logistics

Standard delivery takes 1–2 business days within Dhaka metropolitan areas and 2–4 business days across all 64 districts. MEGHRO partners with reputable national courier networks (such as Steadfast and Pathao). While we strive for punctual delivery, transit schedules may rarely be impacted by adverse weather, natural disruptions, or national holidays.

5. Returns & Size Exchanges

Customers are entitled to request a size exchange within three (3) calendar days following documented delivery. Garments must remain unused, unwashed, unaltered, and with original retail tags intact. Please consult our full Shipping & Exchange Policy for procedural guidelines.

6. Privacy & Cookie Compliance

Your personal information, phone number, and delivery address are protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. We never sell, rent, or trade customer contact details with third-party marketing companies.

7. Intellectual Property

All brand assets, photography, website styling, text content, logos, and creative media are the exclusive property of MEGHRO. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or commercial exploitation without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, including applicable Digital Commerce Directives. Any disputes arising in connection with orders placed on MEGHRO shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
