Nationwide Shipping
Dhaka city: 1–2 days (BDT 60). Outside Dhaka all 64 districts: 2–4 days (BDT 120).
3-Day Size Exchange
Need a larger or smaller size? Notify us within 3 days of receiving your package.
Doorstep Swap
The delivery rider hands over your replacement and takes back the previous piece right at your door.
How To Request An Exchange
Contact Us With Your Order Details
Message us on WhatsApp (+880 1884-445550) or Facebook Messenger with your Order Number (#10XX) and specify which size you need (e.g., “I have Medium, need Large”).
We Dispatch Your Replacement
Our fulfillment center packages your desired size and hands it over to the courier for doorstep delivery.
Simultaneous Doorstep Exchange
When the delivery rider arrives, simply hand over the original unworn shirt in its packaging and receive your fresh size. Standard return delivery fee applies for size changes.
Terms & Conditions For Exchanges
Unused Condition: Garments must be unworn, unwashed, free of stains or perfumes, and in their original plastic packaging with tags attached.
3-Day Window: Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 consecutive days after parcel tracking confirms delivery.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item with any manufacturing defect or wrong color/size sent by our mistake, MEGHRO will cover 100% of all delivery charges to correct it.
