- Dhaka Metro (Inside Dhaka): Delivered within 24 to 48 hours from confirmation.
- Dhaka Suburbs (Savar, Gazipur, Keraniganj, Narayanganj): Delivered within 24 to 48 hours.
- All Other 63 Districts (Outside Dhaka): Delivered within 48 to 72 hours directly to your home or office address.
* Note: Delivery times may occasionally be extended during Eid rush periods, adverse weather conditions, or public holidays.
Advance Delivery Fee Policy (bKash)
Why do we require an advance delivery charge?
To protect our genuine customers and prevent fake automated bookings, we request customers to send the delivery charge (BDT 70 inside Dhaka / BDT 130 outside Dhaka) via bKash "Send Money". The entire product value is paid in Cash on Delivery (COD) when you receive the parcel.
After placing your order, you will be redirected to the secure payment screen with our official bKash personal number. Once you send the delivery charge, simply submit the last 4 digits or sender number. Our team will verify and immediately dispatch your order.
Order Tracking & Delivery Inspection
Every parcel comes with a unique 6-digit order number (e.g. #100234). You can track live dispatch status at any time by visiting our dedicated Track Order page.
Parcel Receiving Guideline: We encourage customers to inspect the outer seal before accepting the delivery. If the packaging appears visibly opened or torn, please contact us immediately before paying the rider.
Size Exchange & Damaged Product Guarantee
If the size you ordered doesn't fit as expected, don't worry! MEGHRO provides an effortless 3-Day Size Exchange Guarantee.
